Colonel Michael Colvard
Colonel Mike Colvard, USAF (ret), enlisted in the Air Force in 1986 and served as a Precision Measurement Equipment Specialist for the first 10 years of his career while he completed his bachelor’s degree at Wayland Baptist University primarily through evening courses after duty hours. He attended Officer Training School and received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in 1996. Colonel Colvard lived in 13 different locations across the US and Europe and deployed to 14 different foreign countries in Europe, Asia and Africa. As a career Aircraft Maintenance Officer, he spent seven years in Command leading four different combat-coded units. He also worked on staff at three headquarters, to include 3-years at the Pentagon serving on the Headquarters Air Force staff as the functional manager for his career field. Colonel Colvard's last assignment concluded in May 2021, where he served as the 2nd Bomb Wing's Maintenance Group Commander leading 2,000 Airmen comprised of three Squadrons maintaining 27 B-52 Stratofortress Bombers executing combat missions across the world.
CMSgt Antonio Goldstrom
Chief Master Sergeant Tony Goldstrom, USAF (ret), enlisted in the Air Force in 1993 and has held a number of functional and leadership positions such as Cyber Support Technician, First Sergeant, Squadron & Group Superintendent, culminating with three assignments as Command Chief Master Sergeant, both stateside and deployed. His assignments included bases in Texas, Washington D.C., Arizona, Korea, and Germany, as well as multiple deployments in direct support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Inherent Resolve, and hurricane relief operations. Chief Goldstrom's last assignment concluded in June of 2023 as the Command Chief Master Sergeant, Air Force Recruiting Service, where he was responsible for all aspects of employment, training, readiness, resilience, and development of assigned Airmen, as well as marketing and strategic communication for the U.S. Air Force and U.S. Space Force. Chief Goldstrom looks forward to working with students in helping them set and achieve their goals.
Chief Golstrom holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from National-Louis University, a Master's Degree in Business Administration & Human Resources from Trident University, as well as a Graduate Certificate from the University of Oklahoma and a Professional Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
